Isaac Hints at Huge Recruiting Class for FSU

The 2016 recruiting class is shaping up to be a great one for Florida State with guard Trent Forrest and 5-star forward Jonathan Isaac already committed to the Seminoles, but Isaac hinted that the 2016 class could be even bigger.

In an interview with Noled Out partner Warpath Radio on Thursday, Isaac suggested that forward Dewan Huell, Brandon Robinson and Udoka Azubuike could end up joining him in garnet and gold.

“We have a great class coming in. We’re working on three more recruits,” Isaac said. “That’s Dewan Huell, Brandon Robinson and Udoka Azubuike and I think they’re pretty locked in.”

Isaac didn’t elaborate on what he meant by “locked in”, but the 5-star forward seems to believe that the 2016 recruiting class for FSU could go from great to epic.

Huell is a 6’10” 5-star power forward from Miami. who seems to also be considering ACC foes Louisville and the hometown Hurricanes. Robinson is a 4-star guard from Douglasville, Georgia who is considering FSU, North Carolina, Louisville and Georgia Tech. Azubuike is a 6’11” 5-star center from Jacksonville.

Isaac added that he talks to Forrest, Huell and the FSU coaching staff on almost a daily basis.

“Coach (Leonard) Ham(ilton) and Coach (Dennis) Gates are great dudes,” the 5-star prospect said. “Me and Trent and Dewan, we talk every day about how excited we are. We got work to do. We’re really going to try to win a championship.”
